Eligibility: The Contest is open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. You must be able to show valid proof of age. Employees, agents, representatives, or immediate family members of Sneakers (“Sneakers”) are not eligible to participate.
Entry Submission: To enter the Contest, participants must submit their costume entry in accordance with the instructions provided by Sneakers. Each participant may submit only one entry. By submitting an entry, participants agree to allow Sneakers to use their submitted content for promotional purposes.
Judging and Winner Selection: Costumes will be judged by a panel selected by Sneakers. The judges’ decision is final and binding. The costume with the highest score as determined by the judges will be declared the winner. The winner will receive a cash prize of $420.
Disqualification: Sneakers reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the specified entry requirements, contains inappropriate or offensive content, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. Sneakers also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
Prize: The winner will receive a cash prize of $420. No substitution, transfer, or other equivalent of the prize is permitted. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with accepting and using the prize.
Right to Refuse and Modify: Sneakers reserves the right to refuse any participant’s entry for any reason and to modify or cancel the Contest at any time, without liability.
Publicity Release: By participating in the Contest, participants grant Sneakers the right to use their names, likenesses, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability: Sneakers and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) any technical malfunctions or other problems that may prevent the submission or receipt of entries; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (c) any injury or damage to participants during the Contest; or (d) any loss or damage caused by participation in the Contest.
By participating in the Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
